At fabulouslywear.com, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return the items to us for a full refund or exchange.

Returns Period
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • In their original, unworn condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account on FabulouslyWear.com and visit the ‘Order History’ section to initiate a return. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate your returns note.
  3. Securely pack the items you are returning, ensuring all tags are attached.
  4. Affix the provided returns label to your parcel.
  5. Drop your parcel off at your local Post Office or designated courier drop-off point. We recommend you get proof of postage.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund. The money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few business days for the refund to show in your account.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will gladly cover the return postage costs and expedite a replacement or refund for you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or pierced jewellery unless they are faulty. Swimwear and lingerie must be returned with the original hygiene strip in place.

Return Postage Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items received.
